Yoga+ Hiking Day retreat

Join me for a day to reset, connect with nature and meet some likeminded people :)

Itinerary:

1030am Meet near Howick (I will send pin for parking directions- there is free parking along the road) & walk together towards Craster

1100am Opening circle/ short guided meditation in a beautidul secluded meditation spot. 

1130 Continue walking ( and bring packed lunch with you for picnic, which we will eat outside if nice weather or bring back to Ellingham Village Hall)

1230pm Return back to cars- drive to Ellingham Village hall

130pm- Yoga class 

230pm Coffee and Cake in Ellingham Village hall.

330/4pm Go home refreshed and inspired!

What to bring:

Suitable footwear and clothing for Northumbrian weather...!

Packed lunch

Everything else included in the price: 

- Yoga mat & blocks ( But you are welcome to bring your own)

 - Guided Yoga session
